I am so glad I called this company. Matthew was so patient with all of my questions, understanding, and quite accommodating of my special health needs. He went above and beyond to find the best solution for me. Like calling another worker to bring a different cleaning option for us. I appreciate that worker being happy to come by and happy to stick around to help out. Matthew was very knowledgeable about the products he uses and our HVAC system. He was up front about all the solutions and what they would entail. It is not often my health needs are met with understanding and respect. I will gladly use this company again and recommend them!

HCS is my go-to for HVAC service!. The prices are very fair but as important to me is the quick response when I need help. I called this morning and by 3:00, they had been out and had everything fixed. It’s a cold day, so we really appreciate getting the heat back!

HCS Mechanical was fantastic to work with and didn’t try to push unnecessary upgrades/upcharges. The two technicians that came out to install our system were respectful, kind, knowledgeable and were able to answer all the questions we asked. They also made sure to clean up and leave things the way they were to begin with. Would recommend HCS to anyone (already have) and will be using them for our future HVAC needs.

Peyton did an excellent job with our semi-annual HVAC service. Very thorough and professional. Peyton also did a great job installing two new programmable thermostats!

The man came out and checked all the air conditioners areas. It was maybe a leak but not sure. Gave me the option of replacing a part or waiting. I opted to wait to see if it happens again. No high pressure to replace the part. Very polite. Put on shoe covers to come into my house. I would recommend them.
